About 900 meters off the shore of Nahariya, there is a sunken Turkish ship that can be found.
The vessel tried to dock and probably due to engine failure, was swept to the rocky ridge and could not be saved. The ship sank under a sailing route, and in the 1980s was exploded in order to eliminate danger to passing vessels. The remains of this vessel lay at a depth of 9 meters and is covered with seaweed, miniature animals, shellfish and fishes.
