I just saw this in the news. Sorry I haven’t been there nor do I know anything about the facilities. The diving fee is $12. It stated you had to provide your own dive flag and are required to register at the site. Please feel free to change the category. It’s just an FYI.....anybody been there yet? Oceanfloor
The new 10-acre scuba refuge will allow divers to use the lake April through October and other designated times from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Divers are required to present their open water certification or have an instructor with them that has an approved certification. Other types of accepted certifications would include Advanced and Rescue Diver. Divers are also required to have a dive buddy and display his or her own diver-down flags.
Water depth averages 25 feet. Daily fee of $12.
