The Fairfield New Venture, a former research vessel, will be located close to the LuLu. The plan is for the ship’s wheelhouse to rest at about 60 feet, with a max depth for the dive coming around 125 feet. There’s a variety of popular wrecks in the region, including the Lulu, San Pablo, Twin Tugs and Oriskany, the largest purpose-sunk wreck in the world.

I went scuba diving here on 8/3/2019. Average viz: 81-90ft/25-27m. Water temp: 71-75°F/22-24°C.

I went August 2019 and it’s a BIG ship! Viz was about 30’ but lots of life on it

This new wreck is very open with pass-thrus everywhere. Not much life on it yet. Upright in about 125 feet at the very bottom. Several dolphins showed to check it out, but left quickly. Will go back. 2 hours out so if you get seasick, counter measures are needed.
