My kids’ first 2 lobster dives during mini-season. Major thermocline at about 30ft as temp dropped from 83 to 75 degrees. Only caught 3 keeper lobster and few shorts along with 1 with eggs.

I saw sleeping/resting Goliath Grouper in a cave on Juno Ledge. One of the nicer locations for a drift dive.

The ocean was flat and the visibility was good. I saw lots of reef fish, a turtle hiding in the ledge, and a large green moray swimming along the ledge. Drifted along slow enough to take many pictures. The boat was crowded, but the ledge was not once we were all underwater. Very good dive overall.
