BeachHopperII is a boat accessible salt water dive site, located at 250 Figueroa Street, Monterey, CA 93940. This dive site has an average rating of 4.33 out of 5 from 3 scuba divers. The maximum depth is over 150ft/46m. The average visibility is 41-50ft/12-15m. Training platforms are available.

This is a local favorite dive boat. Since they haven’t listed yet in DiveBuddy.com, I’m adding them as a Dive Location (as suggested by Greg) so we can log our dives with them.

The BeachHopperII is run by Captain MaryJo and her crew. They can carry up to 12 divers and they take great care of them. Reservations are highly recommended and they can get tanks for you (but can’t refill on board). On board, they have food, drinks, a bathroom with HOT shower. For more information, visit the website BeachHopperII.

I went scuba diving here on 1/1/2017.
I’ve been on this boat twice. Warm home baked brownies after your dive provided by the captain

I went scuba diving here on 2/16/2013. Average viz: 51-60ft/16-18m. Water temp: 50-55°F/10-13°C.
My first boat dive. Had to get my dive buddy and stop him during the first dive so it messed up my second dive. Live and learn. Had a great time regardless. I’ll be more prepared for my future boat dives.

The two reef locations they took us to were New Valley (near Point Lobos) and a location that didn’t have a name (near Stillwater). Neither Dive Site is marked in DiveBuddy.com and I’m not sure any Dive Boat really wants to give up their secrets, so I think this reference is best.

Best of Monterey in my opinion. MaryJo and her crew took great care of us and made this a special day in Monterey.
