Hours of operation effective Friday, March 15, 2019:

Open Friday 1:00 PM -7:00 PM
Open Saturday/Sunday 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Certified Dive Instructors may use the lake upon request if current hours of operation don’t meet their student’s schedule.

Great location to Swim, Dive, Kayak or SUP!

Very friendly staff. Easy entries (giant stride). Some fish.

I did my certification dives here in January viz was less than 1" and water temp was 51 air temp was about 48.

Wife and I went 10-1-16 we had heard a lot of good things about it, That’s about it. The place is Very beautiful on top of the water but very busy. Paddle boarders, Swimmers a lot of aquatic activity. The visibility was 1-3 at very best. We got wet about it not a place I plan on going back to.

Went here for a dive with Sugaland dive Center. I had a lot of fun. One thing I remember is we would come up from diving and Jets from the Houston Airport would be flying right over us it was Awesome!

long surface swim to see anything. very dark green & murky! viz was about 3 feet. Was consumed with Hydrilla!

Not good vis on 8/10/2013 (1-2’). My guess is the vis better in Winter/Spring and not when large classes have been in the water. The good news is that there a lots of underwater attractions and lines tied between them to make navigating easy.
