The Visibility is amazing at this lake!
The bottom is primarily made up of sand throughout and you will see lots of fresh water clams.

There is Fresh water coral here, though I personally haven’t seen it.

Fish are a fairly rare sight from what I’ve noticed, although they are there.
If you can find the vegetation you will see more fish.

There is a thermocline here so be sure to prepared for that when you go!

Very good visibility. Large schools of blue gills and bass in vegetation areas. Didnt see the sponges but did see alot of fish. Bottom is primarily made up of sand. A very relaxing dive.

Best dive yet! Shore dive. Though not 100% perfect, I was finally able to control my buoyancy to near perfection. This is my first dive with a 1 piece suit, and it was amazing. I was unable to find the coral, however I did find the under water island other divers spoke about. It was filled with sunfish by the hundreds! I saw rock bass, perch, some big Large mouth bass, and pumpkin seed as well. I spent a little time searching for signs of AIS but found none. Thankfully of course! :). I was able to set my video camera down on the sand and just hover for awhile and enjoy the fish and the beautiful blue water. The perfect way to end the day!
