The area has dive sites for all levels of divers and a dive sties vary from muck and macro dives, drift dives, deep dives, shallow reef dives to swim throughs and tunnels. The marine life here is diverse and coral reefs are thriving and still intact. If you’re looking for your own piece of undiscovered diving paradise this is it.

Divesites are spread around Nogas Island and the Aninii-y shore offers great macro and night dives and the chance of seeing the endangered sea cow or locally known as the "dugong". Dives are done on outrigger boats and divesites are short boat rides from shore (about five to fifteen minutes.)

Most of the dive sites are ideal for the underwater photographer as there isn’t much traffic underwater and photographers can take their time on the subjects without any interruptions from other divers. Other activities on the island is swimming and lounging on the beach, trekking, bird watching and snorkeling. Because the area is still not fully developed to accommodate the usual tourist pack, this place is more for the diver only. Although, since it is only a two and a half hour drive from Iloilo City, you can dive Nogas Island on a day trip.

Anini-iy is also accessible to and from Boracay Island which is only a three hour drive. Visiting Anini-iy and Boracay Island would be a wonderful way to experience two totally different places in one trip.
