Fresh Water Florida Spring, open to divers, before the park opens to the public. Dive the same great waters as the Weeki Wachee Mermaids.Great visibility and a constant 72 degree water year round.

Nice location for beginners, but a bit pricey. The state just bought the park and prices should drop. Advanced divers won’t find much of a challenge here.

I just called there and was told that they have no plans of re opening the spring to divers. That’s really to bad, not to mention it is now a state park which I’m pretty sure some tax dollars are spent maintaining the park.

Spring is awesome, but the cost to dive is way expensive in my opinion. Was $50.00 a person when I dove here.

It’s a fun dive if you like springs. Lots of clear clear water. There’s a lot of junk in the water for the mermaid show, and you can go over to the glass window and look in the room. They play music in the water while you are diving - which is a bizarre experience in its-self.

Since they run a mermaid show here, your dive times end up being very limited. I’ve been twice, and both times we had to get out to make room for the show after the first tank.

I’ve seen lots of fish and turtles, also saw a manatee here once.

Snorkeling way back in the 1970s... Would like to return for a scuba trip in the area.

great visibility and good amount of fish and turtles to see. cheap diving too. can dive 7-10a or 3-6p and enjoy the park the rest of the day. good value.
