3mil, DSS BP&W There was a Manatee in the swimming area with about 20 snorkelers, the life guard had already chased divers out of the swimming area so I went west to avoid the circus. Snorkelers were pointing out starfish to me, they were too far above to see all of the good stuff, some newbi divers were in too much of a hurry :( There were a lot of Barracuda facing the incoming current waiting for dinner. Schools of Spadefish, Goby’s in the sand, a pinky sized Spotted Moray, assorted Angels and a Scorpionfish that one of the newbies almost found the painful way. There was a large hermit crab eating something off a sponge, when I tried to focus the cameras battery died :( I headed out to the Hammerheads but there was a dive class around them so I headed back in. A lot of traffic here for a weekday! A cold front was coming thru, the breeze felt great, the locals thought 67 was freezing! :)
