I learned to dive in 2000 while I was stationed in Egypt and it really was a blast. I have about 15 dives from that trip, to include the Thistlegorm. Sadly, I did not find many opportunities to dive since then. Recently I did get to dive again in Kuwait at the Kuwait City Aquarium. They had two very large Sand Tiger Sharks and a few Nurse Sharks as well as a very large and ugly Moray Eel. It was a great rush and has reminded me of how much I love the underwater world. I am now planning to revisit Egypt and spend a week diving and enjoying life. I can’t wait!!!! I’m going with a group and there is still room on the boat. If anyone is interested, let me know and I can get you the information.
