being the confrontational,individual that I AM[[[[ I would reply with a video, of urination upon said notice,!
just a scene of the document, the sound of a zipper,and the flow from P , more, freely !

I gave PADI the idea of "scuba earth" back in 2009. Then I started using the term on my website in mid 2011, when I was developing and testing that feature. Then I released it entirely in Jan, 2012. PADI released scubaearth.com in June, 2013. They were not using it "in commerce" in Sep, 2011 like their trademark claims.
