1. I am either a scuba diver, scuba student, instructor, dive center affiliate or other person/entity related to the scuba industry.

3. If I am over 18 years old I agree not to contact or comment on any member under the age of 18, violators will be suspended from DiveBuddy.com.
4. I agree to display my first name, user name, general location information, forum discussions and events to the general public.
5. I agree to display all other information (ie: age, gender, marital status, photos, etc.) to members of DiveBuddy.com.
6. I understand that I have the option to only allow my dive buddies to view my profile, however this is not a guarantee that all content will remain private.
7. I do not hold DiveBuddy.com responsible for anything on this web site or for any messages/comments I receive from other members.
8. I understand that my membership can be revoked at any time, for any reason, by moderators or if multiple members report my profile.
