 ANYONE KNOW OF PLACE TO GO IN PLAYA DEL CARMEN DIVING?

I AM GOING NEXT WEEK TO PLAYA DEL CARMEN, MEXICO FOR A WEEK. LOOKING FOR A LOCAL DIVE SHOP THERE WHERE I CAN GET AIR AND GOOD DEALS ON DIVING SPOTS. IF ANYONE HAS BEEN THERE ANY INFO WOULD BE GREATLY APPRICIATED. THANK YOU

Hi There,


I went with a dive group called "Scuba Caribe". Had a wonderful time. They service a lot of the resorts in Playa and Coz. They picked me up at my hotel and provided lunch. We did a trip to Coz { took the ferry}, we went off the beach in Playa and we went to the Cenotes. I would highly recomend doing a cenote dive. It was very cool. We had a small group { about 6} and the guide was very carefull/safe. The cenotes were crystal clear and beautiful. Have fun on your trip, wish I was going along.

I dove the cenotes, I believe it was with scuba caribe. They are not only cool, they are cold. They hooked me up with extra exposure protection, but if I did it again, I’d bring my own gear because it fits me well and I’m comfortable in it.
