 Change to Featured Members page

I recently updated the Featured Members page on DiveBuddy.com. The results showing "featured" members are now sorted by the most reward points earned within the last month. So the more active you remain, the higher your chances of being listed on our featured members page.

I also added a drop down menu on the Featured Members page that lets you see featured dive retailers, instructors or scuba divers.

The results on the featured members page are shown in real time as reward points are accumulated by members. The results on the home page are updated every 2 hours.

BTW, there is a section with the top 5 featured scuba retailers on our home page (www.divebuddy.com)...there is a link to the Feature Members page in that section. Once on the Features Members page, you’ll see the drop down menu to see other featured members.

"Most Popular Members" and "Most Referrals" have been added as options to the Featured Members page:

The "Most Popular Members" are sorted by the members who have the most buddies without regard for the date.

The "Most DiveBuddy Referrals" list is sorted by the members that have referred the most new members within the last one month.

Hey Greg,


hope your holidays were great! I was wondering if there is a link for featured members and such from a indiviual members home page? Can’t seem to find one. Haven’t had any color ink around to print your flyer yet but as u can see, we have started to advertise dive buddy at the shop and it’s starting to pay off. We are giving a note to every customer and new student to sign up. The referral by member name really helped!!

greg you should ad a link to featured members and other feartures on the browse or search buttons on black strip as well as contributing members life or otherwise it may help with funding.
