Last minute booked a trip to Mexico in 3 weeks.
I have dove once in Cancun before (underwater museum) and did a bull shark dive in Playa del Carmen too.

AOW with approx 30 dives.

I definitely want to dive in Cozumel 1-2 days but want suggestions on dive shops and must do dives or even any other must do things in any of those 3 areas. I have a rental car so easy to get to wherever.

I will be there a total of 8 days so have 4-5 days to dive.

Any advice appreciated!

In Cozumel the boats are on a schedule so the only way to pick your own dive site is to hire the entire boat so you’re going to need 5 like minded buddies.
We actually got a 6 pack to run us over to Tortuga reef in Playa one smooth day and did see Bulls but then the DM got a call that his wife was going into labor and we had to rush back.

In Cozumel, Island Divers is an excellent shop.

In September I stayed at the Iberostar and dove with Dressel Divers located on the resort. I could not have been more happy or impressed with that operation. As mentioned earlier, you’ll need to book the entire boat to be able to pick specific sites; but I was solo, and every site we visited was amazing. Have fun!
