I am looking for the name of a dive site located I think near west palm beach. It was a German boat sunk and you could dive down for a bottle of wine and then they would set lobster traps and at the end of the day you would open the wine and cook the lobster on the boat...

Does anyone know of the dive site I am talking about? If so, could you please post the name for me... I am wanting to dive this site but I cannot remember it.

Thanks

Not to dismiss - but I never heard of not taking a bottle and can not find any sites that say it is prohibited... Shhh - I have a couple... :-)

DELAWARE WATER GAP
THE GAP

Yep, one of the best places to dive the "Gap" is the "gap." This interesting geological feature where the river cuts through the mountains is just as compelling underwater as it is above. Divers can reach the point through the overlook parking lot on the Pennsylvania side. The water depth is about 55 feet, and the visibility ranges from 10 to 15 feet. There are some freight cars left from a 1975 train wreck on the Pennsylvania side, and the area is the focus of frequent diver-training and dive club excursions.
