 Novice with slow ears in SF

Hi there,
I got certified earlier this year. I just did a little diving in some natural springs in Florida ( Blur Grotto, Devil’s Den). I appear to have slow ears so I’m looking for a buddy for whom that may be OK. I made it down to 35ft on my last dive but had pain past that...

I’m interested in diving in Gerstle Cove next month.

I’m still working on learning to do proper weighting and buoyancy control so perhaps another novice might be appropriate. I’m very focused on increasing my knowledge and comfort level while being safe.
