 Adhesive light strips for scuba divers

Has anyone used adhesive light strips, like the APALS by Brite Strike, while scuba diving?

They seem like a cool idea for the back of a scuba tank.

Brite Strike sent me an email and said the regular APALS only stick to a tank for about 2 dives. They have a new APALS version with grommet holes called Line Lights that might work better. Sounds like something cave divers might like also.
