Has anyone done any diving in the outer banks and looking fo a good dive charter in the area of the outer banks

J t ’ s under pressures is a great 6 pack out of Hatteras, Captain Matt just bought a 6 pack " will be diving with him this Sept" out of wanchese, then there’s OBX dive center out of Nags Head dove once with them last year, good pop just concerned with filling the boat.
