[Choose #1] Probably more like hung over back in about 74 or 75 when I was in the Navy. I still shouldn’t have dived.
[Choose #3] Know a guy who died doing that. Asperated in his regulator and drowned. Completely stupid and a shame.
[Choose #3] Nope! ...I save that for AFTER the dives!
[Choose #4] What a great question!!! I personally have not, but on the "other side" of the boat there were some local chaps who had some of dat happi smokke, man. Let’s just say that that was in another country, on another island, ya, man.
[Choose #3] I don’t see a problem doing an easy shallow water dive after a few drinks. But to dive drunkmis a whole nother story.
[Choose #3] That’s just crazy!
[Choose #4] I did puke on open water dive 4 on the surface and under. While completing my DMT we would get carried away at night. It was Roatan so hard not to. Would never dive after drinking unless I had a couple hours sleep.
[Choose #3] That seems pretty dangerous
[Choose #3] Now thats just stupid
[Choose #4] Two years ago in Egypt...on our last day i dived with a hangover in a deepth of approx. 120 ft...nothing to be proud of...allways thinking about this stupid action and think it was iditiotic
[Choose #3] Doesn’t matter the effects of what happens with the nitrogen. Drinking and diving effect your judgement. You are an idiot to put yourself and others at risk. If you can’t wait till after the dives you have a problem.
[Choose #1] No proof on effects of drinking. in theory it might affect nitrogen absortion & degassing & slowed reaction. To think a few drinks & diving will kill you is just stupid. Research it. http://divingresearch.qofe.com/page2/page5/page5.html
[Choose #3] Never been that silly
[Choose #3] I’d like to see who says, yes, so I can avoid diving with them!
[Choose #3] No, common sense tells you no and if you don’t have any common sense then you’ll be in the next Darwin awards.
[Choose #4] how stupid is that? I can hardly believe it when a diver exits the water and lights up a smoke!
[Choose #3] Hungover, yes

[Choose #3] usually save that for after
[Choose #3] That would be committing suicide. After a good day of diving yes/maybe but certainly not before.
[Choose #4] in the IMMORTAL words of tommy chonge,,,,YOU,R OUTTA YOU’R FRICKING MIND !!!!
[Choose #2] Yes when I was still a teen I did. I have a pic somewhere of me geared up ready to dive with a guy pouring beer down my snorkel.
[Choose #3] Diving and alcohol don’t mix well; no good results all around with those two. I value my life, and not drinking and diving is a part of good risk management.
[Choose #3] Diving gives me its own High.
[Choose #3] I’ll let people who answer #1 and #2 be the Darwin Award Recipients.
[Choose #4] no, I value my life too much and diving is it’s own high.
[Choose #4] no, I value my life too much and diving is it’s own high.
[Choose #3] No I am not suicidal! No heavy drinking the night before either do not want to be sick on the dive the next day or make a fatal mistake because of a hangover Partying is always after the diving
[Choose #3] Never even considered doing this.
[Choose #3] Everything I know points to diving while under the influence not ending well. It’s just not worth the risk.
[Choose #2] Back before depth gages I got narced on a wall in Bonaire, I could see the surface so I assumed I was shallower than I was (170’) and couldn’t figure out why my camera knobs wouldn’t move until the DM signaled me to come up.
[Choose #3] I saw someone cut another divers airhose because he was drunk to prevent the drunk from diving
[Choose #3] Run Forest Run
[Choose #3] Rather play with a loaded gun.........
[Choose #3] No Never !!!!
[Choose #3] Hell to the no !!!
[Choose #3] No. But I have made some short, shallow dives while slightly hung over before. But, if we are doing any deep or longer dives, we don’t ever drink until the diving is done for the weekend.
[Choose #3] Nope; Can’t say I might not ever dive after 1 beer maybe but almost all my dive trips start early morning and drinking is a night time activity. :-)
[Choose #3] Nope, nada, never, can’t imagine anyone foolish enough.
