Thanks to some suggestions by ScubaCrab, when you’re looking at the main forum page, you can now view the member that last posted a reply to a forum topic. The last post is also a hyperlink that will take you directly to the last post.


Plus...when you change the "Sort By" drop-down menu on the main forum page, it will save your selection. So the next time you visit the main forum page, it should default to your last selection. This is helpful if you always want to see forum topics sorted by last post (the default is to sort by the date the forum topic was added).

Thanks Greg I think this will help. I did notice if you have it sorted in other category’s other than new post’s you might miss new post’s. Do you think it would be helpfull to have new allway’s come to the top in each category so people do not miss out on new post’s? Or a coment at the top with a link telling them of the number of new post’s and not to forget about new thing’s hapening? Not to clutter things up but to make everyone aware there is allways active discusions going on.

If you sort by Date Added while looking at a certain category you will see all the newest topics. And if you change the sort by option and navigate to different categories, it will retain your last sort by selection.
