 Tips needed for Cebu and Bohol island diving vacation

I will be leading a group of 20(divers and non-divers) to go to Cebu/Bohol for a 4-days vaction at the end of March. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could kindly provide information on where to stay (mid-range price) and which diving center to use. Thanks and regards. BJ
