 Looking to Take a Trip to Belize...Any Recommendations

Hey Everyone, My father and I had taken our open water certification together about 4 years ago. Since then we`ve tried to see as much blue as possible. As I`m sure you all can relate, we now have the bug and were hoping to get down to belize in the near future. Any adivce would be greatly appreciated with regards to travel and accommodations, and most importantly any dive sites that are a must see! Cheers Sean

If you go to one of the offshore islands, you are limited in the nondiving activities. My sisters and I went to Belize this winter and stayed at Hamanasi Adventure Resort on the mainland. We were able to make side trips to wonderful Mayan ruins, tour the jaguar reserve, kayak, and dive dive dive! The facilities were wonderful and the food great.
