Im going to be in Isles of Palm for the first week in April and would like to know if the water is to cold to dive in? If not I would like to find someone to dive with while im there. Any info for that area would be great.

Thanks,

I was at the beach 3 hours south of there a few days ago and the water was definitely too cold to dive in but there’s a good chance it could still warm up otherwise you could always plan to wear a wet suit! ;)

Thx for the reply. Im use to wearing a wet suit so thats no problem. I usually dive in a spring fed rock quarry so its not very warm even in the middle of summer. check out our local dive site. at www.mermetsprings.com

I’d check with Charleston Scuba. They are pretty close and do charters and probably would be able to give you some info.
