Hi there everyone!

I am new to divebuddy.com. I am relocating to South Florida on the first of february and shortly thereafter, I am dying to start diving again.


I own all of my own gear, except a wetsuit and tanks. I assume that I will be doing shore dives as I am new to florida and do not know anyone that owns, including myselfs a boat for diving.



For the whole month of February, I will be available for diving, and have an extremely flexible schedule.

So anyone that wants to join me, or show me some good areas to dive, that would be awesome!

Hi Jim. Ill be down there the weekend of March 1st. I’m also looking for a buddy to dive with. I can dive anytime on the 1st, and possibly the morning/early afternoon of the 2nd. Being from South Carolina, I know NOTHING about dive spots there. If you can find anyone else for that weekend, I’d love to join!

Hi Jim,

I am brand new in the dive community but the Blue Heron Bridge is very popular for offshore diving. There are also several charter boats for divers. I’ve been on the Narcosis and it goes out everyday except Mondays. It’s a very nice boat and the price is $65 per person plus tips for the crew.

I’m also looking for dive buddies so let me know once you get down here and are ready to dive.

I love this website. Its absolutely a great place to meet with great people. I just want to update everyone on my coming to fort lauderdale. Because of necessary IT work, I will be here until the end of February and then probably be in florida on the 4 or 5 after my 2400 mile drive. I am excited to go diving with all of you great people.
