The problem with shallow wrecks that bubble watchers can see is they are easily destroyed by the next storm.

Key Largo spent $250,000.00 trying to flip an artificial reef over that had turned turtle and they were only able to get it on it’s side for that price, the next storm put it upright so snorkelers could see the top. The next one may flip it back :(

There was a wreck in Florida that i was never able to dive because of the storms covering them up even though i kept looking for it, sometimes the depth is a good thing, although i would like to dive more at shallower depth.
