 Trying to add pictures

Hi, I`m new here and I tried doing a search but I can`t find out what size pictures I can add to my profile. I tried adding and it say file size is too large.... What`s the secret here?? lol Thanks Danny

I think the image has to be less than 1 meg, if you resize your image uploading should be fine
