Hello,
I am a BSAC dive leader with over 250 dives, however, sadly more recently my diving has been limited to holiday diving, with fewer friends who can dive.  Therefore I am looking for a fun and lively dive buddy to do a liveaboard in Egypt any time between 7th Sept to the 23rd Sept 2012.  I am pretty easy going and like to have fun on my dives.  If interested, drop me a line ;+)

I just saw your post. I am also from Oxford but living in Dubai (small world). I am planning a trip in November to Egypt to meet some friends from Cornwall on a liveaboard. Are your dates fixed yet? I am still to find flights from Dubai to Hurghada so have not yet confirmed...

Hey, sounds like a real possibility as I also have time off in November from the 10th to the 25th.  I can’t go from 2nd to 5th Nov due to work, but maybe able to change the other dates.  I was looking to go to Vietnam but nothing has been booked yet.  What liveaboard trip were you looking at?

What took you to Dubai?

Hey, I’ll have to scratch the idea for now as can not find flights from Dubai to Hurghada... I can go via Sudan but since I’d be traveling alone, I’d rather avoid that at any cost which is a shame... The trip was on the 2nd Nov until 9th with Blue O Two dive company. I don’t know it, but thats that the company my friend booked with. Apparently they are good. Give me a shout tho if you plan on any next year.

Where in Oxford are you from? I work in 5 hotels and manage Spas so Dubai is great for that :oD

Sorry for delay Scuba-Smurf, work has been a bit hectic.  Shame re November but the dates sadly wouldn’t have worked for me anyway.  I only moved to Oxford 2 years ago but live Risinghurst area.  Managing spas sounds great - hopefully you get to sample all of the treatments!
Alex - Haven’t booked yet but looking to do one of two trips at the moment, both from 7th - 14th Sept. Just Brothers or Best of Wrecks which are advertised with Regal Dive. How many dives have you got - as think you need over 50 for both, but best of wrecks might be 30.  Let me know ;+)

I got 12 and will add couple more over the weekend so 14 :-) hopefully by next year ill have this number of dives.
