All, it cool here in Va. now, and the Ms. still wants to swim with Nemo. Need to know where in the US I can take her so she may see and swim with Nemo(Clownfish). Thank you all for your help

As the clownfish is an Indo-Pacific species, I am not sure you can dive with them in the continental states. Hawaii might be possible but I am not sure about that. Otherwise, you will need to dive in someone’s aquarium.

Well like he said that would require a trip to a Pacific reef, the nearest one to you is probably the National Aquarium in Baltimore, I don’t remember seeing any clowns in the main tank at Disney. I’d call to first to make sure they have clowns before spending that much on a dive, it’s more than going out on a boat but less than the airfare to Fiji :)

Thank you all, looks like I’ll have to start saving for a trip. If not for her I’d still be dreaming what could have been....

Could try at the EPCOT "The Seas" Pavilion.

They used to do dives in their very large aquarium. Seriously....

The Living Seas at EPCOT had a separate exibit for the clown fish in small tanks nothing you could swim in.

I heard all diving was canceled for the rest of the year due to water quality issues and will reopen in 2012.
