I have an Uwatec Nitrox Z that is giving me an Err in the bottom left hand corner. My local dive shop, (Orange County, CA), told me that it’s useless plastic now that it’s out of warranty. I love this computer, does anyone know who can breath life back into it?????

Your dive shop is feeding you bull...my LDS took mine and sent it in to SCUBAPRO/UWATEC (live time battery replacement program)...they offered me a Galileo Sol as a replacement for less than $1k...great exchange...you should look into it. SCUBAPRO doesn’t replace the batteries anymore but honor the replacement program with a discounted rate on the Sol.

My bad "Lifetime" fingers were going faster than my brain and I didn’t proof read it.

battery is not replaceble. From what I know there is no lifetime on battery. They are great computors as long as you have $1000.00 to replace with the new updated computor they have out.Good luck

My ScubaPro/Uawatec computer is 10 years old.. Last year.. My shop sent the computer in to Uawated for battery replacement/testing... I don’t think I paid over $40.. Replacement was an option but I decided to keep what I had..

Your local Scubapro dealer can send it back for batt replacement cost approx 80 to 150 if it can be fixed or you can call Scubapro direct they will let you know. Good Luck
