Don’t have any feed back on the operators there but we loved the Whale shark trip. It was a snorkel only with 2 swimmers at a time with a guide - very regulated but an amazing experience. We did dive off of Isla Mujeres from a private yacht which was ok - the visibility was average - 40 to 50f. Coral was very good. Life was rich.
