I recommend you just book on one of the local dive boats. The DM’s are really good about making sure the single divers all find a buddy on the boat. I’ve never seen anyone have a problem with this. Go to this website and click on the boat links to the individual websites to check their schedules for trips to Coronado. californiadiveboats.com My personal favorites are the Humboldt and Marissa dive boats. If there are no trips scheduled you can always drive an hour North and take a boat to Catalina or even take the Catalina Express over to Avalon to dive the Casino Point Dive Park. I hope this helps.
