You can use the member search page to find dive centers and instructors near there:
http://www.divebuddy.com/search.aspx?MemberType=999
Use the distance drop down and specify 25 miles, then enter the city and state.
You can do the same thing in the dive sites search page. The Florida Aquarium is near there where you can dive with sharks.
