From Nitediver: neither of those bags are anywhere big enough to put those fish in!... I had a dive buddy who used a backpack much the size of a kids book bag to hold ALL of her gear including her 3mil and bungeed the fins to the sides with her exercise bands. This was also her carry-on and the fins saved a lot of explaining to TSA.
