My wife and I were there last year we stayed just next to where your staying. We were at Maui Outriggers..anyhow I would recommend shore dives with Shaka Divers http://www.shakadivers.com/. Very reasonably priced and an awsome guide, think it was like 65 bucks or so for two tanks including gear. He has a wide variety of places to dive, night dives, ect...He is great at finding critters and lots of fun. Since your going to be staying for a bit if your not already AOW take that course with Maui Dreams its about 500 bucks, you get like six dives, two from the boat one site is Molokini for the Deep Dive and you get to pick a few specialties. We did the scooters so awsome, and again all gear was included (suit, tanks fins, scooter, camera) we also did the photography specialty. Anyhow this was the most band for our buck. Maui Divers well they may be good but just did not like there service to much like a travel agency...Well have fun and tell Shaka Doug "Harvey and Didi" from Maine sent you.
