Turks and Caicos is a big area. Which island?
Personally I like Grand Turk for diving. Since I was there, they installed a cruise ship dock which probably did alot of damage.
Salt Cay has great diving, but very little topside. Provo is over dove and the reefs were in bad shape.
French Cay has good diving, but it is out of range for most day shops.
