I am with KAISER and until recently I am sure me like many others DIDN’T know they have a wonderful travel department that you just call and tell them where and when you are going and they look up the all threats for you and get you the appropriate shots and meds.

They got me in the next day. and I think I paid $20 copay (at most, if it wasn’t free) and I was all set.

It was great peace of mind.

The only thing I have heard many say, is start ANTIBIOTICS a few weeks prior to going on a trip, to prepare your body and stomach to prevent stomach bugs/problems/upset etc.

OKAY, happy traveling, and AS ALWAYS HAPPY AND SAFE DIVING!

For Roatan you might want to use an insect repellant lotion, the last time I was there the Honduran version of TSA was taking the bug sprays out of the luggage. I just hope they are giving it to the locals!
