Just did a recent dive in Guam. Plenty of Dive Shops (fully equipped). Boats are very spacious and well managed. Dive shops offer all equipment for a dive at about $26, and the boat about $44 - Great Value. Guam is a mini Hawaii, and like Hawaii is a Japanese tourist spot. I had a chance to dive the heart shape Blue Hole. Heart shape is at the top (60 feet) and the bottom opens up to the Pacific blue at about 127’. Excellent vis and plenty of aquatic life. Large rock structures with little sponge/coral presence. Water temp 84 degrees. Interesting note: more female divers then men, 180 from what you normally see in the US. Out of the three boats I viewed - 5 female divers to every male diver. I wouldn’t make a special trip for the dive again…but if I’m in the area…sure why not – it’s diving.
