Dive anniversary markers/gifts

Okay we all know that there are traditional gifts that are given for anniversaries so how about gifts for reaching dive numbers, like 50, 100, 150, 200, etc. So each zero ending number of dives starting with 50 receives a certain type of recognition. So please help me come up with milestone marker gifts for divers. Send any and all ideas and we will pull the best ones and build a chart to mark these milestones. Peter just did his 100 dive, YEAH. I know car sales men and I think stock brokers have their ties cut off after a milestone. So HELP ME build the milestone list/chart.

Thank you

Hey, I think this is a grrrreaaat idea. So when I hit my 4000th can I have a new car?

Just kidding (about the new car). But it is a great idea. The folks that I dive with usually have a little celebration for someone who goes over a "milestone". Usually it invloves a grilling some food, drinking a few adult beverages and baking a cake for them. There are usually other mementos given as well, in recognition of the accomplishment.

Perhaps a DiveBuddy tee shirt or even a DiveBuddy coffee mug with the number of dives printed on it would be appripriate.

I think the car comes with the 10,000 dive, nit real sure though ! Ha

I love your idea of the shirt or mug with the number in it. I will keep that one in mind. I know AA people give out small coin type things with the number on it.

If it were a car what type would it be for you. For me it would be a SS in shiney red !

It will keep the sun off the head, hairy or not and you can get it wet also. Easy to take with you and less likely to blow off while on a boat. I like the do rag idea.
