When deciding on a name remember that this is your radio call sign, when calling MAYDAY you want them to respond, not die laughing :)

I always wondered how come we name our boats (which is cool) but not our cars. Somehow you don’t see the cars flying past with the name on the side. I mean, why not?

I was in the auto business for 17 years and naming cars seems to be a female thing however I never saw them paint it on the stern but my wife used it as her CB handle on the road. Her current car was named Betsy by her grandaughters.

I still like Dexter’s boat, Slice of Life. Maybe my humour is a little twisted.

My canoe is named Serendipity, yes yes I named my canoe.

We named our little sabot the "Titan-ic," thinking that the hyphen would fool the powers that be. No such luck - we were sailing on Lake Arrowhead and capsized; we figured someone must have thrown an ice cube in.

I’ve always wanted an old wood runabout. I would name her "Morning Wood".

When I hit the powerball was going to name the tender for my schooner, Rift Raft. Dream big! I like the song on AC DC’s first album, Riff Raff!

I never shot nobody
Don’t even carry a gun
I ain’t done nothin’ wrong
I’m just having fun!

Riff Raff!
