Pre-dive is usually a bowl of cereal, cup of coffee, and fruit for breakfast and then I’ll drink about 32 ounces of water on the way to the dive site or on the boat on the way out.
Post-dive is 32 ounces of gatorade and fruit and then more water upon coming out of the water.
For dinner I’m not picky as long as there is a lot of it. :-)

Post Dive on a charter I am happy with any fruit and like just plain old water to drink. If I am diving locally where I can have my own ice chest, I love pudding cups with banana pudding after the dive.

Pre-dive: Ham and cheese omelette, hash browns, toast, coffee, and Meclizine 25mg (on days when there are 6 foot swells) Post-dive: Steak and Beer.

Lots of water and some beer to wash it down. Windmill cookies are also great!

When doing multiple dives I am good with glazed donuts and juice/water. When I am done for the day, a sandwich, and sleep. ;-)

Carbs about an hour before, protein about a half hour after. Fruit is always welcome. Then Draaaaaanks!
