Since the cold weather is here in NW Florida, diving is slowing down. What off season training would divers like to take during this time? Any suggestions or previous cold water classes that you have taken? dive1unlimited.com

Go to Vortex Springs and do some cave diving classes. Or some ice diving over a shipwreck in Mich. IL combined with a charter coach bus trip to Haigh Quarry, IL in Jan. todive with the locals.

Drysuit would seem to be the cold water class to prolong future dive seasons. As for exercise if conditions permit hiking, bicycling even distance walking.

I’m taking a Tec-40 class, still diving in a 7mm, and doing Crossfit workouts.
