20,000 Leagues Under the Sea, besides the fact that for its time the graphics are great it happened to come out the year I was born so it has to be great.

Also, please list any scuba diving movies that are not already listed that you would like to nominate.

From Rich-D-Fish: I gotta go with Into the Blue simply because of the fact that Jessica Alba is half naked in it for most of the movie. The dive footage is great too. Who cares about the story....

Well The frogmen is what got me started but The Abyss and the Deep are the only ones I own, well I own Open Water but that was a mistake.

So, Greg agrees (I know) about Into The Blue because of Jessica Alba but he knows better than to admit it here.. :O)

I have to pick Thunderball. After seeing that movie as a kid I wanted to learn scuba. That movie planted the seed of desire, and POW here I am today. Growing up in Wyoming the closest I came to the underwater world was Jacques Cousteau on TV specials.

There is one missing: the classic ’54 horror movie called "Creature from the Black Lagoon".

I never heard of that one and it didn’t show up on other lists I found. I’m buying it now to watch it :). Looks like a neat movie.
