[Choose #1] Diving has fixed me up many times. Weightlessness and hyperbaric pressure is great for the back and the sinuses. Also, at depth you are receiving Oxygen therapy, even on air (high PPO2).

[Choose #2] When I dove Tobermory, I hurt my back the first day. The only time I wasn’t in pain was when I was in the water. Luckily, I had sympathetic dive buddies to help me with my equipment and into and out of the water.

[Choose #1] My experience is with my body I feel much better after diving. I also breath high percent mixes when able. My back and knees always feel better for days. Who needs the FDA, it works for me.

[Choose #1] I was diving/spearfishing with 3 broken fingers & forgot they were even hurt! My last breath is the only thing that will keep me out of the water!

[Choose #5] Honestly I don’t know, it would really depend on how bad the injury is (I never had serious back/breathing/tension issues since getting certified). Ya know, survey answers are cool and all but I’d be interested in what DAN has to say on this subject.

[Choose #1] If I didn’t dive when I have pain....I wouldn’t dive much. but don’t think it helps with any pains.

[Choose #1] It definately works on stress - I can take nap diving in some locations

[Choose #1] A workout is a workout, either in the gym or humping dubbles over the rocks. You can injuire your self a lot of ways, so stay active and in shape.

[Choose #2] I am involved with teaching disabled veterans (DVSP) how to SCUBA dive, and I see first hand how it helps them both physically and mentally.

[Choose #1] I have major damage to my lower back and diving has been a way to take pressure of it and reduce pain for days...
