I’m going to watch the hawk migration in Veracruz, Mexico Oct 8-12 but found out there’s awesome diving there too. Has anyone been or known anyone who has been? If so, please share experiences, including dive shops used. I’m staying in Cardel, just a few miles north of the city of Veracruz.
