The Philly Seahorses Dive Club are hosting Stew Snyder from the HSA. Come by to learn about diving with disabilities, being a buddy or instructing those with disabilities. We will hold certification classes in the Philadelphia area to certify students, buddies, divemasters and instructors very soon.
