After losing my mom to cancer in 2007, I recently started a local organization, specializing in shark dives and marine encounters for cancer survivors. I have a last-minute opportunity to pay it forward and take a cancer survivor and son or daughter (or two mothers) on a whale-watching day trip to Catalina Island. It departs this Sunday (5/8) from Newport Beach at 8:30AM and returns around 6PM. It will be a relaxing cruise on a bigger ship with the opportunity to see blue whales, grey whales, humpbacks, dolphins, and many more species! Plus, it includes a 2-hour stop on Catalina Island. This is purely a whale-watching/observer trip so no water or dive experience required.
This particular trip sells out in advance. I have two, possibly three tickets, depending on if I accompany or not. The ship returns around 6PM, so keep in mind it is an all day trip. Please contact me as soon as possible, if interested, and I can send you more information about our organization! Or, if you know a ocean-loving cancer survivor/mother, please feel free to share this with them!
Thanks,
Brandon
