The 5th Annual Manatee Trip is coming soon. Dates are 10-12 December.
10 December: Blue Grotto Diving (divebluegrotto.com)

12 December: Manatee Snorkle.. (birdsunderwater.com)
You can stay at any place in Crystal River. Most of us wil be staying around the Port Hotel and Marina and we’ll have a group dinner there (The Ale House) that Saturday night. (Porthotelandmarina.com)
Travel arrangments will be discussed at a later date.

dalehall - 4/26/2011 5:36 AM This was last year’s trip. But, we will be doing it again this year.. The reason it’s so late in the year is because the manatees are mostly in the ocean until it starts getting cold out. Then, when it starts to get cold, they come into the Springs. We bounced the weekend around over the years and this one has become the best for less people in the area and the most manatee interaction. Anything prior to Thanksgiving week is hit or miss when it comes to manatee numbers. Dale

dalehall - 11/19/2010 12:25 PM Everything is set up.. If you want to make reservations, be sure to ask for "Dale Hall’s boat" for the Saturday Rainbow River and ask to be put with "The Hall Party" at the manatee snorkel on Sunday.
