Headed to Bay Island Beach Resort with American diving out of South Padre Island, Texas for a week of diving. This is an all inclusive that runs about $1000.00 plus airfare. BIBR is a really low key dive site with some great wall, cave and wreck diving. nuthin fancy, just great diving. This is my third trip to Roatan.
